possible siblings. However this information are non
identifiable in nature and include things such as
appearance, religion, ethnicity, race, education,
occupation, etc; and the name of the agency that
arranged the adoption, and the facts and circumstances
relating to the nature and cause of the adoption. This
information is general information and you cannot
decipher who the person is from the information.

identifying information between the adoptee and the
registered birth parent.

licensed health care provider
Adoption records information storing procedure
Adoption records are sensitive information and are
treated as very secretive in content .if you need to
access sensitive information you need court permission
of your state. Adoption laws of all states vary so the
amount of information you can access is different in
different states. Normally you would not find the
record in birth certificate data base because
adoptions involve deletion of all data related to the
biological parents. These data are stored in separate
files with court seal on it and can only be recovered
as told by the courts permission. |
